Overall experience has been great, nothing was ever too much, always tried to accommodate my request. Hotel is clean and good size rooms. Due to anniversary, the hotel gave complimentary wine bottle and room upgrade. The customer service from the staff was good. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk to the main street (flower street), despite this there wasn't much noise. Would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks, and honestly, it was a huge disappointment. Let’s start with the restaurant: one of the women working there was extremely rude and even judged us for what we chose to eat. Completely unprofessional. When I asked at the reception if the restaurant was open (it’s literally right next to them), the receptionist looked over and said yes. We sat down — only to be told by the waitress that it was actually closed. Apparently, opening hours here are decided on a whim. Housekeeping is basically nonexistent. We left a “please clean” sign on the door — someone came in, dropped off a few towels, and that was it. No cleaning at all. The bed itself was okay, but the sheet was way too small and kept coming off during the night. The air conditioning doesn’t cool the room — it heats it. There were no toiletries provided except for a tiny dispenser of liquid soap. We also asked for an extra blanket, but were told they didn’t have any. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Most of the staff seemed untrained and uninterested, with one exception — a young waiter with short hair who was genuinely kind and professional. Dinner, on the other hand, was a mess. We ordered Caesar dressing three times on different nights — twice we got mayonnaise instead. The menu kept getting shorter every day, and my carbonara was served in a plastic container, clearly microwaved. There’s also an older waitress in the evenings who is incredibly unpleasant — she actually interrupted us mid-bite to ask if we were paying by card. She’s passive-aggressive and rude. The drinks were questionable, too — the Fanta and Sprite had strange bits floating in them. The mayo tasted like nothing, and sometimes there was no ketchup at breakfast at all. Technical issues everywhere: • Light switches turn on 2–3 lamps at once, never just one. • The mosquito net is useless — they still get in. • The TV looks like it’s from the 1800s. • The safe doesn’t work. • The bidet hose next to the toilet is broken. • The elevators malfunction constantly. • In the lobby restroom, the light turns off every 20 seconds — you literally have to wave your arms to keep it on. And when you open the window in your room, cigarette smoke pours in from people smoking on the balconies below. Bottom line: This hotel could have potential, but the management is chaotic, and most of the staff clearly need proper training. The only positives were the breakfast and that one friendly waiter — everything else was a complete disaster.

Feels like a tourist trap. What must have been a good hotel, is now a money trap that’s simply unpleasant. Dining hall insufficient for all guests (you are requested to come later for a table), dinner in the included price has no beverages included - not even water, rooms aren’t cleaned regularly - we had to argue to get our sheets replaced more often than “once every 4 days). Misleading happy hour deals… definitely not recommended! Other options are far superior in this location

Am currently here, there's nothing to do. It's raining all the time and I can't even get any milk nearby for a cup of coffee. All the supermarkets are closing down, the beach is filthy, the food and drinks are overpriced. Stupid to ask for a jug of milk from the bar every day. The pool bar is playing music to himself, hardly any English TV channels and the fact I had to pay 100 levs on check in to cover damages, a bit extortionate. Here for 10 nights and just want to get on the plane back. Food good but they bring it all at once!! I don't want to be rushed when I'm eating and have to eat the hot stuff first, obviously. Far from Sunny Beach, the location is close by to the Bus Station if you just want a change of scenery. DO NOT COME HERE IN OCTOBER.

The hotel location is great. The stuff is very helpful and kind. Meals were good. We had an all inclusive stay so the bar and snacks were awesome. I would like to give a special thanks to DIMITAR. He was super professional from the beginning. Even contacted me via WhatsApp before we arrived to make we have all we need. He speaks perfect Hebrew which is a great help. Always smiling and willing to help. Thanks man!
