We followed one of our vets here when she moved jobs, we had never been before this. We have many sick animals, and many who are old or disabled. The clinic has always treated them with knowledge,kindness and respect, and and helped them to the end. They have great facilities and reasonable prices, and for us great opening hours too! They have always shown us kindness, and as foreigners, we have never felt discriminated against. Highly recommended by us and our animals.

Very professional animal hospital with full equipment for blood work, surgery, and tests. All staff speak excellent English. Costs are reasonable. They analysed blood from my very sick dog charlie and cured him. Next week he was run over by a bus and they performed x-rays and ultrasound then put him back together with staples. He will live! Its a very bad month for charlie. The other veterinary clinics in ruse do not have the equipment to analyse diseases so they just guess and fail. Save your time and money and go straight to this wonderful clinic.

A YOUNG MALE DOCTOR RUINED OUR DOG!!!! We had a great dog but after going to that "DOCTOR" WHO HIT OUR DOG!!!!, the dog became aggressive, stressed and we can't take him anywhere. He can't go to a doctor anymore, doesn't let almost anyone to touch him!!! He barks even at people that live with him and kids . NONE OF THIS WAS HAPPENING BEFORE THAT "DOCTOR" HIT OUR DOG. THAT PERSON RUINED THE DOG AND THE LIFE OF THE FAMILY AS WE ARE ALWAYS WORRIED OF WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN AND ALSO THE DOG IS ALSO SICK, BUT BECAUSE of that person the dog doesn't let us take him to a doctor as the moment he enters the clinic he goes crazy! I will repeat: NONE OF THIS WAS HAPPENING BEFORE THAT HUMAN BEING DECIDED TO HIT THE DOG. THIS IS NOT A DOCTOR THIS PERSON MUST NOT WORK WITH ANIMALS. HE RUINED OUR DOG!!!
