Very high level of service. Everyone was very friendly and professional. We made MRI &CT scan for our dog, and for us it was very stressful since he’s a pug and it was first anaesthesia in his live. But doctors and team was very cheerful, yet professional and made everything in a best way possible. In addition they suggested to leave dog for the night just to be sure that he’ll be ok. Perfect communication, dog wasn’t scared next day and service overall was extraordinary. Anton K

This clinic is a big NO! My dog was with pancreatic crisis and after 2+ weeks of treatment, thousands of leva and blood tests every 3 days - they have signed him off the hospital with kidney failure (visible from the blood tests that we pay for). Very unprofessional and money centered.

I am incredibly disappointed by the incompetence of the staff and in particular the girls who are in charge of taking care of all animals that are patients staying at the clinic. My cat had a kidney disease and anemia and I took her for treatment there. She was supposed to stay for 5 days and after a control blood panel I was told she should stay 2-3 more days to get everything under control. I was literally calling each day to check on her and no one told me she started to get worse, they only mentioned she wasn’t eating much at some point (I assumed it might be because she is being picky). I found out things are getting bad at the last day of her life(the day before that they mentioned that they had to feed her with a syringe so I was expecting things might be getting worse). On her last day they were supposed to do another blood panel and even though I called at the morning to check if they had done it yet and to ask for a callback when the results come out no one called me the whole day. I left work early cause I was worried and when I got there that same girl I talked to in the morning told me: “I was just about call you”. She was looking really really bad, like she had 20 more minutes left to live which was pretty much what she got to live. The girl told me that that the blood panel was looking better but her general condition is bad. I started asking questions how come the panel is looking fine and she is half dead, you are obviously missing something.15 minutes later when the doctor actually came it turned out that she was getting worse the last few days even though no one cared to call me and tell me that and her results were really bad. The doctor himself looked carrying and like he did what he could. About 10 minutes later she died. The even more ridiculous part was that those same girls couldn’t find her cage and I had to take her with a cage from the clinic I was aware of the possible outcome considering the situation but I did not expect to get such a terrible service from that place. Our cat could have spent her last days at home instead of suffering in a cage just because they wanted to get more money out of us by saying everything fine..I would never go back there again! P.S. I received a call over a week later that they found our cage so I went to pick it up and after I went home saw that it was broken..

This is a terrible clinic. On two occasions we have been provided with wrong information by Dr Todorov (a senior vet and one of the co-owners of the clinic). The first time, in June 2024, we brought a very ill street dog that almost couldn’t walk, and he gave the diagnosis of arthritis, and he said that there was nothing they could do. A few months later, after being treated by other vets, the dog can now walk almost without issues. The second time, in August 2024, Dr Todorov gave the diagnosis of dwarfism to a kitten that we brought it. This diagnosis was just plain wrong: two other vets subsequently diagnosed the kitten with polyarthritis, and after being treated according to this diagnosis he is now healthy, and there are no signs of dwarfism. This clinic appears fancy, and they have hired a large number of vets, but do not be fooled. In our experience, they overcharge and are incompetent.
