Not only did I wasted thousand Lewa here for a cataract operation after which my dog is not only blind, but additionally has a scar at her eye ever since which bothers her a lot. The doctor was very friendly and spoke English very well, nevertheless I never was happy with the result. I guess while operating my dog he understood that her eye won't see ever again anyways, so luckily he didn't putted an artificial lense into the eye. I guess if he had done this my dog would even have more struggle with her operated eye. Although my dog struggles with her eye ever since, I am too afraid to visit this doctor again. I lost trust and I don't want to waste even more money to this vet and I don't want to put my dog through more stress. In the photo you can see the scar from the cataract operation, for years it is like this and it never got better. My dog is scratching at her eye every day and the whole eye is shrinking more and more.

I'm really grateful for the entire staff and for the doctor here. They helped me get an EU pet passport for my dog and gave me answers around the issue my dog was having with his eyes. I thought maybe he would be a candidate for cataract surgery. However, the doctor informed me with his honest opinion that he would not be a candidate. I could tell he had my dog's best interests at heart and mind. I appreciated his expert opinion and support. He prescribed him some eye drops that have helped him so much and given him back some of his eyesight due to the conjunctivitis my dog had. He also performed a teeth cleaning, and the process was quick. He also speaks english, which I greatly appreciate as an expat living in europe. Thank you all so much for everything you did! I highly highly recommend this vet if you live in Varna.

Great specialist! After four years visiting vet clinics, as of today my cat’s eye issues were finally correctly diagnosed. And it took him less than 5 minutes.Huge thanks to Dr. Antonov for his professionalism and whole-hearted commitment to everything he does.

Dr Antonov is looking after my 3 cats for 3 years already. We are more than delighted with our experience . He and his team are very careful and attentive ,always there for us. He is one of the doctors who will send u to another specialist if he is not 100% about something which is super valuable quality. Today we brought our fourth rescued kitten - she was so calm. We took our miniature Pinter Chihuahua here for a teeth, cleaning and bloodwork. The communication was quick and professional. The customer service was exceptional. We even created a pet passport for our dog. They really treated us like family and we are very impressed.
