Went in as a emergency case. We were seen within the first 5 min of us arriving and successfully treated. The staff was incredibly gentle to our dog and attentive to us. Highly recommend!

Very helpful, quick and recognised the problem with the cat within 20 minutes. (Cystitis) Provided help in English. Injections, ultrasound and check up. The bill was less than 50 euros.

Excellent and professional vetinary clinic and pets hospital

used to be a good vet center but now it's a huge money making factory. Otherwise how could they afford 3 receptionists and a small army of helpers while having only a few actual doctors. When animals overnight they are kept in metal cages and if they don't like the tinned food they get expensive IVs. We payed over 230 euros for one overnight and a few antibiotics. They wanted to keep our pet longer but without even giving a diagnosis. An independent vet told us the problem was a sepsis stemming from a surgery the same clinic had performed some time earlier. My advice: avoid mass institutions if you love your pet and you are not swimming in cash.

Wonderful, warm, capable, caring staff! I brought them a street kitten whose mother and sister I had been feeding near the Naval Museum for 10 weeks. I saw the sister die before I could get her to the clinic but hoped to save this one I named "Mercy." Dr. Tarzanova was very compassionate and professional, quickly testing the kitten to discover she had feline panleukopenia, which is usually fatal in young kittens. She explained that the disease was horrible and even if they did everything possible, Mercy might not make it, because I learned the virus basically has no cure. They began five days of twice a day intravenous fluid treatments and she seemed to be getting better, but the virus won the battle on the second night and Mercy joined her sister and mother, wherever cats go when they pass away. I want to thank the 5-6 staff members in addition to Dr. Tarzanova, all of whom were so kind and loving in the way they helped Mercy through her treatments. It was a sad but exceptional experience. I have two inside cats I have lived with for a long time, recently moving back and forth between Istanbul, Bucharest and Varna. I will bring them to this clinic for the treatments and exam required for crossing into Romania at the end of the month. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Tarzanova, whose English is excellent.
