I’d say it’s one of the most elegant cafés on the boulevard. I find the staff’s attitude toward customers extremely important in places like this, and their communication here was very positive. A perfect spot for a coffee or tea break. Best regards.

Café in Sofia – Great Vibes & Mountain Views This café is right in the city center of Sofia, along a walkway where you can actually catch a view of the mountains in the distance — such an incredible backdrop for a coffee stop. The area is full of different restaurants, and the overall vibe is really nice and relaxed. ☕ What we tried: • Coffee – good, no complaints. • Croissant – fresh and tasty. • Hot chocolate – a bit on the slimy side, not really my favorite. • Banana bread with chocolate – unusual for us, since we’re used to banana bread with nuts, but interesting to try. 💶 The prices were reasonable, especially for the central location and the view. ✨ Final thought: For the vibe, the setting, and the coffee, it’s a great spot to hang out. A couple of the food items weren’t exactly to our taste, but overall, I enjoyed the experience and would come back for the atmosphere alone.

I ordered a glass of wine and it had a fly inside on the glass part and when i told the waiter he took my glass and replaced only the glass not the wine i am disgusted to be honest. This shows the lack of service . Btw i left the glass as it is . To show them how bad they acted. There slogan says ‘we care ‘ but the obviously dont care at all

I visited this restaurant tonight with my family, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. We were seven people and simply tried to move two tables together so we could sit as a family. Instead of handling the situation professionally, a blonde staff member approached us with an extremely rude attitude and started shouting at us to move the tables back immediately. Her behavior was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate. To make matters worse, the same staff member started shouting at my 4-year-old little brother because he had a small sweet that he bought from somewhere else. No one should ever raise their voice at a child, especially not in such an aggressive way. The way she treated him was shocking and unacceptable. This level of disrespect toward customers — especially toward a child — is outrageous. Staff members should know how to communicate politely and professionally. We felt humiliated and extremely disappointed. I will definitely not return, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
