Very relaxing place with great coffee, top service, beautiful interiors and friendly staff make this place a Real Gem (outside) Sofia. Hope to see it in Sofia as well, at some point 🧡🧡🧡 (edited review) Unfortunately the quality of the coffee really degraded compared to my first review. now, despite the place is still nice, with a lot of coffee product and friendly staff, the coffee in itself is acid and absolutely not good. And it's 3.50 FOR AN EXPRESSO!!!!! 😱😱😱

I come all the way from Las Vegas, once a year to Bulgaria and I never fail to get my morning coffee from this place. Excellent choices, very clean, and friendly staff. Grateful for this gem located right in my neighborhood.

I visited cafemag.bg today, located at Macedonia Square near the Telus Tower. I’m a foreigner. There was a Bulgarian customer ahead of me, who was warmly greeted, and even offered a handshake at the end of his transaction. I was waiting until their conversation was over. After that, the worker asked what I’d like. I ordered a croissant and a cappuccino. She placed the croissant on the counter, then immediately asked for payment. I said, "Yes, but please make the cappuccino too." She gave me the croissant without asking for payment upfront, but when it came to the cappuccino, she insisted on immediate payment. I was confused by this behavior, and when I asked what was going on, she simply replied "Buy, buy, buy, goodbye." This was completely unprofessional, discriminatory, and deeply unpleasant. I felt embarrassed for her. I will never return to this place, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I used to be a regular customer and there was always a very nice gentleman working, who was extremely friendly. But the woman I encountered today, on Saturday, January 4th at 11 AM, was just awful. Your staff clearly needs better training in customer service.

An excellent place, cosy environment, friendly and helpful staff. You can buy coffee machines, many varieties of coffee and tea products, and even found potato chips with black truffle! Very recommended!!

I asked for a custom iced matcha late with coconut milk and got just what I wanted! Friendly and responsive staff!
