The thermal spa is well maintained and clean. However, the official entrance price is ~10€, but if you look like a tourist you may be asked to pay 20€. The restaurant offers very fair prices, which is a big plus. Unfortunately, it’s often difficult to get a table because many of them are reserved for hotel guests.

A very pleasant place for spa and pool. We always visit in the evening after a long day of skiing in Bansko. The atmosphere is calm, the water is warm and relaxing, and the service is excellent. A perfect way to end the day.

We didnt stay at this hotel, we only used the thermal pool. Overall the facility is very clean, quiet, and peaceful. I would recommend it.

Extremely rude, thank god we did not book it in advance! Was trying to book Thermal Pool. First they hungup phone on me mid conversation, once they finally answered after the phone after trying a few times. On emailing them I was told they are not accepting outsiders. Very strange behaviour, not sure if this is normal for this place or what. Anyways will might just book REGNUM which seems far more friendlier.

Very nice and cozy small hotel, the food is good, the service also. Outdoors hot swimming pool allows you to enjoy a swim even in the coldest days.
