This was honestly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The place itself was spotless, warm, and really well looked after. It had such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere — the perfect place to come back to after long days out exploring and skiing. The pool and outdoor area were beautiful and made it feel even more special. What really makes this place stand out though is the people. You can feel how much care and pride they put into it, and it makes a huge difference. They made us feel completely at home, and that’s something you can’t fake. We left with nothing but great memories and would return in a heartbeat. If you’re thinking of staying here, don’t hesitate — you won’t regret it. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay.

The house looks really good, but the total experience can be assessed highly. The services are not corresponding with the price. Half of the rooms are warm, half are cold (we have booked several rooms), if you split the beds you can see the dust beneath them. The food is good but more expensive compared to similar places in the village. The arrangements we had wasn't entirely kept as of miscommunication between the management. If you choose this place be sure that you talk with at least 2 persons from the management.

Our stay was good, but mostly because of our company, not because of the owner`s efforts. We liked the pool and the warm water, the food was tasty. However, the rooms are quite overpriced though, the breakfast- quite basic and the attitude towards us will make us not go back!

Friendly hosts. The restaurant on site is good but the service can be slow. Rooms can be a little cold in the winder (the heat is not enough). I am not convinced the water in the pool is mineral water. Credit cards accepted. Parking is on the street.

Excellent place to have some memorable weekdays or weekends in this cosy and clean family hotel with warm mineral water pool and delicious dishes. Near to most famous ski resort Bansko in the Balkans region.
