November 2025 :: The clinic is in a residential area. I added an updated photo of the frontage of the clinic because it was difficult to spot based on older ones. The other photo is a house opposite, for orientation. • The clinic is small. You enter a shop selling pet food and accessories and the clinic is at the back, through an archway. • The staff are friendly and very efficient & the vets seem experienced. • The clinic was busy on a Friday evening and even more so on the Saturday morning. • A friend who's a dog trainer recommended this clinic and I endorse the recommendation.

Highly recommend to call first and make an appointment. Otherwise - great experience!

Brought a very small two month old street kitten to this clinic and was it given a clean bill of health. Brought the baby home and less than 48hours later he passed away. They could not give me a reason for his passing, payed 200lv for an autopsy and cremation, still haven’t heard back weeks later. Worse vet experience I’ve had in Sofia by far.

For many years, we've trusted this place to care for both our four-legged and feathered family members. The doctors are highly competent and can handle everything from routine procedures to complex surgeries. They've always kept us well-informed about problems, reasons, solutions, recovery times, and expected behavior from our pets. I highly recommend them.

Very poor service, you get your animals fake diagnosed, they treat you as a money dispenser, very high prices for doing nothing, they don't write down nor give documents of what they put inside your animal, there are no prices you are getting charged based on how desperate you are. These people are unkind who view your pets as a source of money instead of animals that need actual help, they do it strictly for the money and nothing else, don't trust them they lie to get you in a web of you going every day and paying between 90 to over 200 lev. for things they don't explain and don't give you any documents or idea what is going in your animal.
