I am really furious. My cat has an eye problem and I have been trying to reach the Borovo clinic since yesterday but my calls are forwarded to another one of their clinics Iztok where the phone staff were rude. They said I had to wait until the clinic opened at 10am the next day and advised NOT to show up but to call instead. Well it’s 10:36 i have called 5 times and I am still getting the wrong clinic on the phone they are now saying I have to wait until the phones work because they are having a technical problem. This is simply unacceptable!
