Our cat is 6 years old and only in this clinic she was finally diagnosed! The staff is very friendly and helpful and they all speak very good English! Recommend it 10000 %!

Double charged without even an full examination of the dog! Stay away! The owner Juliana told me the price for an examination was 20 BGN when an vaccine (50BGN) is done. So a total of 70 BGN. I decided against the vaccine at that point of time but asked for the dog to be examined. At no point of time did she inform me that the examination will be twice the price, as there was no vaccine. Also because she only looked at dog very superficial it was obvious to me that the price will stay at 20 BGN. She didn't look at the areas of the skin I asked her to look, no look into the ears or at the teeth. The dog was not even weighted. She just explained to me how a teeth cleaning procedure works, for which I will have to come again and of course pay for again. Explaining her further services is what she calls a consultation. So she charged me 40 BGN for what should have been a full examination. I payed in that moment because I needed to take care of my dog at the same time who was afraid of another dog. Afterwards, however I requested the refund of the overcharged 20 BGN based on the fact that a full examination had not take place. She reacted very angry and even offended all her veterinary colleagues buy saying that "All the veterinaries offer way less for that same price." - Well they do not offer less. I have been to another vet before and they did a proper examination with vaccine for an even better total price of 50 BGN. I only tried her based on a friend's recommendation but I will go back to my previous vet! There wouldn't have even been a discussion over 20 BGN if she just had done her proper job of a full examination. I would have seen the 40 BGN as reasonable for the full examination. even though she need to inform her clients of price changes by law! If she was providing a good service and had a lot of happy clients she would not hang on to 20 BGN. She would be happy to refund it and make sure the client was happy. Or do a good job in the first place and inform the clients of price changes, as an honest person would do. However the clinic doesn't seem to have many clients and she seems arrogant and entitled. You can only fool a new client once, never twice! I am staying away for Juliana and her clinic!

The staff speaks English. They do the paperwork for each new animal and do thorough blood tests. They operated on my male cat and it healed without any problems. The little chihuahua of the family also operated, everything went very well.
