I didn't get the impression that they could solve complex problems. They gave me inadequate advice: - They prescribed the food they sell. After explaining that I feed my dog Hydrolyzed Protein and asking them to explain why their food is better, they said they have no idea what Hydrolyzed Protein is and only know that what they sell is for gastro issues. They refused to let me take pictures to check at home why their food should be better than Hydrolyzed Protein. It was evident that after that, I got confirmation from all 4 other vets that Hydrolyzed Protein is the best solution for serious gastro issues, and these vets hadn't even heard of the term. - They refused to provide an opinion without extended blood tests, even though they were told beforehand that they wouldn't find anything there. I asked them what the options are if nothing comes out of it. As it turned out, they didn't provide any solution as the blood tests were clean. - They prescribed substitutes for current medications that are for relieving the problem, not treating it. These substitutes are not available in our pharmacy network. Too irrelevant, just so they don't send you away empty-handed. - They have online booking, but at day 2 days I was the one who called them to finalize to booking. For complex health issues, please stick to accredited veterinary clinics. Otherwise, you risk wasting time and money.
