Very friendly and caring personal. Helped us a lot! Definitely the best vet clinic we have ever been to in our life!
Виж в GoogleI was really happy about how they took care of my cat. Prices are good, doctors are really helpful and can explain in simple way what's going on. Plus at least most of them speaks English, which is really good.
Виж в GoogleVery very bad experience due to the following facts: 1. Reception lady was always very rude and it felt like we are disturbing her 2. We had the sterilization of the cat booked for 12 of Jan 2021 but with few days before we had the impression that the cat is “in heat” again. So I call the reception and they automatically tell me that they will cancel the appointment without seeing the cat before because in the end I am not a veterinarian to know if she was in heat or not. 2 days after, the cat had the surgery done in another clinic. I would give 0 rating but that’s not possible so I give 1… Avoid this clinic as foreigner in Sofia!
Виж в GoogleDr. Kotsev, who took care of the two homeless small kittens, was great! Great in attitude, in opinion and facts shared, in attention to us and kittens, great in actions! I am very happy that he was our doctor. The clunic gave us discount for the fact that we saved homeless pour baby cats. In addtion i would say yhat we are patients of the clinic for an year and a half with out pet - cat Roxi and have met few excellent vets there in this period. Highly recommend!
