Saw me at the last minute with an elderly dog. My Bulgarian is far from there yet, but they spoke good enough English. At all times I felt Betty was treated with love and kindness. She has had this recurring problem for years, which has never been diagnosed, and they immediately diagnosed it and treated her with a topical antibiotic. Well done and thank you!

AVOID AVOID at all cost, Petrova and Irinkova such a heartless vets..I am not sure how they sleep at night... All they care is money!!! We took our little kittens/ angels to Eclipse in V.Turnovo -the most expensive clinic in the city,thinking that they will be very well looked after and apparently there were some friendly stuff when we walked in...We had no idea how badly this will end and how our angels will suffer! No one explained to us their condition and we never thought it was something serious as they only had worms.. Petrova asked us to leave them every day in the clinic and she was injecting them with some meds ..they became weaker and weaker but we were assured that all was under control.. The last day 3 we collected them from the clinic and they looked like in the below photo ( suffering) We could not believed our eyes poor little angels what had happened, I don’t wish any animal to ever suffer like this and no one should ever be seeing this.. They were trying to crawl on the floor nor live or dead and we could not do anything apart of cuddling them and crying..I called the clinic to ask what had happened as unfortunately I was away and it wasn’t me who collected them .Irinkova was so rude, I could not believe this, the vets should have BIG harts right?? I curse the day I walked in to vet clinic Eclipse and gave them to Petrova... I can’t forgive this myself ever and my heart is bleeding whenever I think of them or see the photos of them. Please always ask as many questions as possible the vets before they do anything to your pet and read reviews before you leave them in their hands!
