We are from England, and dealing with Ivo has been a great pleasure from our very first introduction from friends who have used his services over the years. By being bilingual with excellent English, Ivo saves us time and fees by not having to hire a separate translator. Ivo is very friendly and professional to work with. He listens to our needs patiently, he gives honest guidance and advice to our numerous phone and email queries. Nothing is too much trouble for him, as we can see he really relishes in helping us and finding solutions. He works extremely hard and responds swiftly (including weekends and evenings with us). His fees are very reasonable for the amount of work he has done for us. In our case, Ivo visited properties which we were interested in and spoke with the villagers to get more information. He liaised with our Bulgarian sellers right from the beginning, and travelled from VT to Burgas to double check documents and did site visit (as there was query about the land surrounding the property). The whole process from setting up a company, company bank account to finally at the notary went very smoothly for us even though there were delays caused by the bank, sellers and the municipality. They were all solved with Ivo working tirelessly in the background, we just needed to turn up with ID and sign papers. We recommend Ivo with no hesitation. In these days of more onerous legal and administrative hurdles for non EU residents, we look forward to remaining his clients as we trust him in helping us with all the legal requirements and processes to eventually become residents and doing business etc in Bulgaria....
