Veterinary clinic "Blue Cross" в Pancharevo

Two starts - one for the late working hours and one for the nice ladies that work there. However, as nice as they were, they told me that I have nothing to worry about, after I told them that I am sure that my dog swallowed a ball that they couldn't see on the x-ray. After this consultation I went to my regular vet and he immediately saw it on the x-ray. I would have loved a more thorough investigation of the issue I was convinced was real and I was right. The photo is of the ball my vet took out of my dog.

Disgusting. Do not take your cats here! The fact they don't even reply to any reviews speaks volumes about how much they (don't) care. This is purely a for-profit business. They don't really care about them and we have had two out of three kittens in their care die so far, largely due to complications that came up only once we left them in their care. Even the one that made it was visibly traumatized from the experience in their "care". Don't make the same mistake we did, and take your babies to a better clinic...

We did a dental cleaning with anesthesia, everything went fine. Staff speaks English; its easy to make an appointment and cover open questions with the doctors. Thank you.

Their website says 24/7 emergency care. Well, we are here at 2:30AM and there is nobody in the clinic. We rang a few times and no one showed up.

Administration is super incompetent and doesn't process the bookings and the not booked in advance check-ins properly. After waiting for more than an hour for our cat to be examined, they mentioned that the doctors are not there until 10:00 AM and there is nobody to take the case. For the record, we called over the phone and were told that we can go without previously booked exam. This is not serious, you are taking care for suffering animals ... I hope that no one of the doctors or administrators needs urgent medical care, since if it was these people in a human hospital Emergency room,we would all be dead by now! 😡
