Horrible attitude today (Saturday 20/9) in particular Veselin Stoev and Boris Chalev. My mother went to buy something for the cat. Both individuals were having a chit chat and started screaming at her that they are busy and she was supposed to wait outside. This is not how customers are treated! If you dont want to work on Sat then please quit. We are definitely calling Dr. Stoykova to report the problem.

My cat had issues with his kidneys and liver due to his age. Svetlana na Veselin showed great respect to my pet and we're very carefully, giving me instructions and comfort to the situation doesn't matter how bad is the situation. BUT..... Galina Stoykova....very bad. Might be good specialist, but this woman not only have attitude, but also called my cat "wretch" and don't care if it was a joke or not, but I heard it saying something similar to other animals and I think it is extremely not professional. I would recommend this clinic just because of the others, which showed me very gentle touch. Anyways. Me and my family were desperated and chose the first clinic within our region.

Dr Boris is the BEST vet in Sofia. He is very gentle and caring and will go out of his way to ensure your pet gets the best treatment with the least stress. He truly loves his job and the animals. I recommend him 100% as he is not only an excellent professional but also an amazing person.

If you don’t know Bulgarian not even bother to visit even you know Bulgarian be careful with their attitude. They don’t know English and their attitude is the worst, communication skills really bad. I can understand that you don’t know English and just suggest other day to come when there is anyone knows English, but they just kicked me out with the rude attitude.
