TERRIBLE experience. Arrived there before 22:00, my cat was in a dying state after an accident. I specifically searched for an emergency VET. First of all, there was only one person working, and the woman wasn’t even in the clinic, doors were locked. I met the woman outside walking around. I told her we need to act fast, but those 30 meters that we were walking to the clinic, she was walking really slow, had an extreme attitude. Woman, it’s not my fault you chose this profession. As I get till the doors, she is behind me still slowly walking, comes to the doors and says “don’t touch the doors, I’m the one who can open them …” while rolled her eyes. We get inside, she asks me what’s wrong, I tell her the situation, she saw the state we were in. I had the cat in my hands, rolled in a blanked. She never looked at the cat, she never touched it, she never even tried to understand the situation of the cats health. Let’s not forget the fact that woman was talking extremely slow, uninterested, like it’s just another unimportant animal. Cat did not have broken bones, woman just said “welll, I don’t have an X ray machine, so I can’t help anyhow. I understand that it’s important to do an X ray as well, but there are various of procedures she can do to help other way. It’s and emergency VET, she should be able to help at least somehow, right ? NO. She just told me to go away. And drive to another place. I told her to write it in my Google maps where we should go. She didn’t even take my phone to do it, I was holding the cat with one hand, phone with other, while she slowly with one finger is typing. I asked her if there is a single medicine, or I asked if she can give me at least a CPR mask, because he had a difficulty breathing, on which she answered “I don’t know, go there”. I didn’t even finish having a conversation with her, when she saw a man outside with a healthy dog jumping around, she just rushed to have a laugh with the man and left me there with all my questions. Okay, I just went back to the car and we drove to the other place she told me to. It’s worth mentioning, that the other place didn’t accept us, as they had enough clients. Later I was doing a CPR to the cat by myself, where the mask that she didn’t give me would have been useful. The cat died in my lap. My pet was suffering, and she showed no compassion — no urgency, no real concern. It was as if she had forgotten why she became vet in the first place. It’s sad that I did my best to save my cats life, but the real professionals, who are doing this for a living weren’t interested enough to do their job.

Reliable and fast service, very polite staff. We took our puppy at around 11 since he had a bit of bleeding and dyharia. He was diagnosed and given the appropriate medication. The next morning he is perfectly fine, he is very energetic now with normalized behavior. Thank you a lot for the service and for anyone I'd recommend the clinic

Best doctors that I have seen I use it last night as a emergency case with my dog they took good care about it and helped her allot of even today they call me to see how is the dog after the treatment the location is showed perfectly in the Google map so it’s easy to be find even has a arrow on the street that shows were exact is the cabinet my respect and admiration for the doctor and the the personal there they are very nice people 😊 if you have emergency situation like me don’t mind it and call them and go they will made the best that is possible

Horrible clinic, after a bad accident my cat was taken there after 10pm, my cat was in a dying state. A man rudely closed the gates in front of the face so carelessly. After that my little kitten died in the car, as an answer that man from the hospital's stuff was only making fun and humiliating when he was told that because him and his unprofessionalism our cat died. Cat was taken there concious and alive but nobody even took him to take a look. People were so cold-hearted there when a little innocent life is on the edge.
