Unfortunatly, I have been informed that in this clinic the dog Samy was died 11 month ago due to unprofessional treatment.
Виж в GoogleVery proffesional and friendly at the same time. I have always had a 5-star experience at the clinic even under the challenging circumstances of the 2020 pandemic. Regardless if we go there for a routine treatment or an emergency situation, any of the doctors who receive us has always been helpful and effective at a 110%. Strongly recommend it if you live in the area.

Виж в GoogleUnfortunately we didn't get the chance to meet the owner of the clinic - said to be a true professional - but instead today we were met by someone who turned over his badge ON PURPOSE, after he forgot a cotton end from the stick inside the dog and couldn't even get it out with huge tweezers that were hurting a little puppy. Tried to put the blame on the Chinese cotton buds, was extremely disrespectful and rude, tried to still get the money for the tests that weren't even performed and continued to shamelessly put the blame on anything besides him. This is not how you treat clients or behave with animals. It's beyond imaginable and definitely the worst experience of more than 3 years.
