Since there were a lot of things, that I was totally unaware of and unfamiliar with, I had lots and lots of questions. Yes, I had to repeat my questions many times to get a better understanding. Veselina and Ivaylo were just fantastic and beyond fabulous, hats down! They never got tired of answering my oftentimes, SILLY and repetitive questions. Always, nice, pleasant, professional with a big friendly smile on their faces that I was able to feel over the phone. Yes, these first, distant impressions were affirmed and re-affirmed during our consequent, face-to-face meetings. Warmth, human touch, friendliness and professionalism are just a few of the many positive qualities they brought to the table. And yes, they were able to smoothly and flawlessly walk me through the complicated and totally strange to me bureaucracy, their instructions and assistance for documents and closing - world class. I was able to close on several deals on time, as promised by Veselina and Ivaylo, smooth sailing and no issues! Keep up the great work and never let the human touch leave you!
