We approached Mariana with the view to buy a village property - which we have done through her. However the service she provided (and continues to provide) has gone far far beyond what we could have hoped to receive. She has assisted with so much more than just the purchase, everything from help with setting up bank accounts, legal work, advice and help with utilities, recidency permits, introductions to locals, right through to simple, but vital, help with things such as buying coach tickets etc. Mariana drove us many many miles looking at properties, getting to know areas etc before we chose a property - she also seemed to have a much better grasp on the type of property that we wanted compared to other agents that we viewed through, showing us so many suitable properties that it took a lot of head-scratching to settle on just one. She kept us up to date with progress throughout - and always with a smile! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mariana and Homes Direct Bulgaria.

Mariana is a very nice, clever and helping lady. We tried many Bulgarian real estates agents, before we met Mariann. We will not ever try more Bulgarian real estates agents, from now on. Only Homes Direct Bulgaria and Mariann. But what I like the most about her is that she is honest.
