Got this hotel for 4 nights while skiing which I thought was amazing value for money, would love to book again. Rooms spacious and clean, food fantastic, excellent choice for a value hotel for skiing in Bansko. Only downside is the shuttles leave off earliest 8am, there was already a 2 hour queue for the gondola at this point of arriving. This meant we had to pay for taxis up the mountain instead; a small price to pay all in all. I would recommend them arrange an earlier shuttle going forward to get ahead of the queues!!

We visited it the last week.The first thing we noticed was that there were no slippers in the room. To go to the center of Bansko you had to take a taxi and you had to call it from the reception 25-30€ each way and only cash no card. Excessive price for such a short distance and unacceptable. Another thing we noticed is that in the hallway where the rooms were we saw many black bags with towels and bathrobes inside, I don't know if they were clean or dirty, however it wasn't the right side to leave them. We also found torn sheets. Some of the food in the buffet was cold.The best of all in this hotel is The Greek chef. He was so kind and helpful with us.Definitely if I visit Bansko again I won't have this place as my first choice.

Absolute tragedy. Came here to say with two friends for a relaxing weekend. We booked a maisonette (50€ per person, 3 people). Ignoring the dead cockroach under the sofa and the unpleasant smell from the bathroom we got ready to still enjoy the weekend, heading to the spa. One sauna was free so we went there only to find out that there was no water to control the temperature so it was a cold sauna. After that we went to the pool, huge mistake! Turns out there ungodly amount of chlorine in the pool that day made everyone’s eyes stinging like absolute hell. Went back to the room, 2 bedrooms, only one of which has a heater which you can regulate. In the other bedroom the heater was set to the highest possible temperature, we tried complaining 3 times in total for the past two days - technician was here two times, both times “fixing” the wrong radiator and the third time there was no one available to help, but the hotel security and at this point it all feels like a practical joke that the customers are paying for. Beautiful place, good food (personnel at the restaurant were great, restaurant is worth it), but that’s about it. Definitely not living up to “spa hotel” as of currently instead of relaxed I am simply livid!

I have been to over 40 countries now and this hotel has been the worst by far! Firstly EVERYTHING is outdated and needs a massive renovation. Everything in the room was loose and/or not working. The fridge did not work. The ceiling fan did not work. The SHOWER did not work. The pipe for the bathroom sink leaked every time you used it. The towel rail near the bath/shower had rusted down into the bath itself, oh and was barely hanging on the wall. The room also STUNK of cigarettes. We kept getting waves of cigarette smoke which was strange as you could not smell smoke from the balcony… Overall a horrendous experience and is definitely not a 4 star hotel. I have a feeling Wyndham would be horrified if they knew the current state of this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. They accepted late check out and we enjoyed also the last day skiing. The food was really good and all the personal very kind.
