TERRA Complex Hotel A wonderful place for a relaxing stay. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, with great attention to detail. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which makes you feel welcome from the first moment. The location is quiet and peaceful, perfect for rest, yet still convenient for exploring the surroundings. Facilities are well organized and the overall atmosphere is calm and pleasant. The hotel has great potential but there are many issues. The room we booked was a "double deluxe " sadly in reality we slept on 2 mattresses, you could barely name it a bed. The staff is not helpful, most of them don't speak English, they are visibly exhausted and not in the mood for being there. Not so clean, especially the pool area. The jacuzzi smells extremely bad and had green mold everywhere. The pool is smaller than it seems in photos. We absolutely hated the fact that there was not option for us to eat there . The restaurant was closed as they made up excuses every night we stayed there. The only option was the buffet that was 40 leva per person , no drinks included. The food looked awful and they would close at 21:00. We preferred to stay hungry rather than eat the leftovers from the buffet. They made sure not to leave us any other option for eating there , that's wild. The breakfast was very poor, cheapest things you could buy. Awful! Also as many hotels around the world offer complementary coffee and water in the room, of course they didn't do that. Even more, they offer 4 coffe capsules , 2.50 leva each. That s just embarrassing for you. In the afternoons we wanted to play some pool, you have to buy coins from the reception.. after 21:00 we waited a long time for someone to come at the reception. It seems like they want to make money but doing the bare minimum and just by overpricing. It s 15 minutes away from Bansko by car. Also for the new years party, they offered the only option: 218 Leva per person: 4 meals , 1 drink, one 300 ml bottle of wine and a glass of champagne. For this money you could offered an open bar or at least a nornal bottle of wine / person. As i said , overpriced and not at all worth it. We paid way to much for what we were offered. Also the bathroom had a tile coming off from the wall. That is unsafe ! Save your money and don't come here.

We stayed 2 nights. The distance from Bansko Gondola is about 10 km. The room is so huge. But the bed is low and soft. The breakfast is enough and also hotel lobby and bar arw so cool.

We just checked in. The place is quiet now in early March (as the ski season is wrapping up). The rooms are large with nice amenities. The price is very reasonable. The staff has been extra hospitable and kind. Plus, the VIEWS ARE STUNNING. Overlooking the golf course with the mountains as a backdrop?! This place is amazing!

The view from ouer terrace is stunning, but the hotel is far from where should be for 4 stars Hotel. It looks like is short of personal, the available personal is not very helpful and polite. The hotel and the rooms looks not very clean. In my opinion overall overpriced.
