Amazing place! The only vet in Bulgaria who is not afraid of treating cats! The lady vet was so professional and remained calm even when my super aggressive cat was very hard to handle! The lady vet is just fantastic. She is so knowledgeable and kind! The whole team was great! I don't know how to thank them enough. They sure deserve 5 stars. The clinic has everything needed for a full exam. Technicians are really good too.

I had an exceptional experience at this vet yesterday! They were able to treat my cat immediately and operate on her right away. The staff was efficient and the vet was very effective and professional. I would highly recommend this facility and come back to see them anytime to treat my pet, especially during emergency situations.

Very professional and kind doctors. They explain and care about their patients. Open till late every day of the week. They have the x-ray etc.

WORST experience of my life. It was a bit over 22:00 even tho the clinic closes after an hour, my cat was in a dying state after an accident, I arrived at the clinic by the fence and the man was shouting at me “finito finito” and he shut the fence doors in my face. He said that they already have people in the line waiting, I saw them but their animal issues were a tooth ache, and something not as urgent. I was begging him to take us because those were literally my cats last minutes. He said “it’s not my problem, bye!”. I went back to the car, where I was doing a CPR for 20 minutes on the cat myself as I could, but unfortunately he passed away in my hands. What is wrong with this system. People are staying late working in the restaurants because the last client is still eating, but nobody can take extra time to save a life here ?? After the death I went back to the clinic to let them know that the cat died. The man just laughed in my face, shaking his shoulders and saying “well it is what it is”. As of course this made me angry he started to mimic me in a rude way saying “cat died, cat died blah blah” and genuinely smiling me in the face. I’ve had animals all my life, I’ve visited various clinics in different countries, I’m telling you, I HAVE NEVER HAD WORSE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Sad that because of this a life had to be lost. Service, attitude, care would be much under a 1 star, but it’s not possible. I don’t wish this on my enemy.

[Rabbit owner] I admit not all of the doctors have my trust to care for my bunny but one: Dr Zlatarova. She is amazing! Caring and gentle but firm and would never go all cute sweet mode on an animal #pro! So far she did two sergeries on my rabbit - tooth removal and spay (female castration). After the castration she called the next day to check how things are. She is thorough and explains all that is needed - what to expect, what to look for as behaviour, etc. Internet ain't the safest place for getting properly informed. I have seen a lot of ferrets coming for her care also. One was a regular for years.
