We really like this out of the way, hidden gem. It’s not the fancy new spa like the ones popping up all around the area. This is classic Bulgaria! The water is hot, the facilities are clean… what more do you want? The restaurant is quite good! We had yr pork sash and it was REALLY tasty! We use it for the camping area, which is basic, but you get the spa included for the price!

The rooms in the hotel were fine. The apartment was good size and was very warm with floor heating. The food was not good over Christmas. The management was not the best. The staff of the restaurant was not engaged and served cold food. There was distasteful music that even though the management promised it will be rectified and other music would be put on the next days, it did not happen. The pool facility is alright, the pool is very big and very warm. The sauna was a bit cold overall. The food and the music over the Christmas holidays were very disappointing. The pool facility and the apartment was alright.

The rooms are warm but kind of old with dirty curtains and ceiling. They are clean, they just don’t look like they are being freshened up from time to time. It is cold outside of the rooms so it is not suitable for kids especially if you want to use the nice warm pool. Restaurant is also cold and waiters forget different things sometimes. You can see staff is trying their best but you still aren’t sure if there is somebody who is pushing them to be better. Bed is with strings and just isn’t comfy. Nice view and food. From all you can see you just understand that the owner of the hotel does not look out for the newest trends and quality services like most of the hotels do.

Not worth it despite the gorgeous outstanding view and the mineral healing water. The service is very poor, the food is terrible, bed sheets are as hard as a polishing paper, spa center is not working properly, steam bath is very dirty and not functioning most of the time. We booked for a long weekend and we were very surprised to wake up on Saturday morning to a mower noise. But this was just the beginning of long and loud construction works which included also concrete mixer, excavator and emery. It was impossible to relax and enjoy our vacation. The food is under all sanitary standards. The portions are small, but it turns out for the best, taking into account it’s quality. The kids portions are half the size but charged for a whole. No cold drinks and the wine list include whole 3 (three) wines!!!! Personnel is unfriendly with one exception. At breakfast there was always something missing: plates or cups, food, etc. and there was nobody around to ask for assistance. The coffee was terrible. I do not recommend it nevertheless the price.

Rooms were good, exceptions are the beds which were bad. The staff was not nice, after a small mistake from my side they got mad and ended my call and didnt answer after. Then finally we understood each other. When we came to the hotel, we werent greeted nicely. The food was good and the staff at the restaurant was flawless. The water was very warm, which is a plus, but there was too much fog inside, so you couldnt see anything 1 meter further from you. No exchange office nearby, but you can pay with card.
