From my very first visit to the clinic, I arrived feeling anxious about the two invasive procedures I needed to undergo. However, that anxiety quickly faded thanks to the trust and confidence the doctors inspired in me—especially Dr. Georgieva, whose calm and reassuring manner immediately put me at ease. I would like to highlight the outstanding professionalism of Dr. Kumitski and the dedication of all the assistants (literaly every single one) as i met them all because the doctors worked tirelessly over multiple sessions to ensure a result that would leave no visible signs once healed. Every procedure was carried out with meticulous cleanliness, precision, and attention to detail, never rushed, and always prioritizing my comfort. Dr. Georgieva was consistently present, available, and supportive, ready to address any potential concerns (which, fortunately, never arose). I have lived in and traveled to many countries around the world, and without a doubt, this is the best dental studio and team I have ever had the privilege of meeting. A last detail worth noting is that all of this exceptional care was provided while communicating entirely in English, as I do not speak Bulgarian—a testament to the staff’s professionalism and dedication to making every patient feel comfortable and understood. I've been to the clinic several times over the years and extremely pleased with the dental services. The staff is very friendly and the dentists work with a high attention to detail, explaining every procedure and monitoring closely the treatments in time. For reference I've been treated by dr. Ivanova and dr. Simeonov. Very pleased by both and considering the overall excellent service quality I think that the clinic is maintaining very high standards which most likely applies for the rest of the staff.
