I had an emergency with my wisdom tooth and visited the office on a Sunday. I was seen immediately. The doctor was extremely professional, explained everything clearly — including the risks, future steps, and what was causing the issue. The affected area was cleaned thoroughly, and the root cause of the problem was resolved on the spot. The price was set beforehand and remained exactly the same at the end — no surprises. After trying very hard to adjust my partial denture, Dr. Nikolaev cause a lot of pain on my gums. I have type II diabetes, and am not convinces to put implants. He pressed the denture about 10 times, I felt a lot of pain and took medicine to cure the pain. i am not visiting him any more. If the denture is not produced the way it should be, it means that it goes to the garbage and a second one is produced. I now found a dental clinic with dentists with foreign degrees and x rays in the cabinet. Thank you. Do not waste your time - it is pointless. For your information, the new dentist discovered a particle in my gums, which cause pain when chewing - something wich Dr. Nikolaev did not even think of it.

I have been a client of the clinic for 3 years and have always been very satisfied with the care provided. This month, I made an appointment for a scaling, and it was not the usual dentist who took care of me. At the first appointment the dentist came half an hour late. I had brought an x-ray of a tooth that was hurting and he refused to look at it and give a diagnosis. At the second appointment for polishing I was again forced to wait, and to my great surprise when I went to the dental office the dentist was checking messages on his mobile and made 2 phone calls in my presence. The quality of the care left much to be desired, as the dentist and his assistant were not very careful in handling the dental suction device and the scaling/polishing tool, which caused inflammation under my tongue. I never had this kind of problem with the previous dentist. I am extremely disappointed. The service and the poor reception are no longer up to the standard of the clinic.

We paid 70 BGN for looking into a panoramic photo and “advice” on what needs to be done further without any manipulation. No price of the initial check up was mentioned over the phone when booking the appointment. Strongly don’t recommend

Wonderful result. Thanks. I had a broken wisdom tooth wondering whether to remove it or make a crown. Dr. Nikolaev advised me that it was not time for it to be taken out, but at the same time it was not worth investing in a crown for a wisdom tooth. He offered to do a filling for me. It was hard work, as the position is back in the mouth, but the result is perfect. I am very pleased. I hope I don't need to visit him soon (you know... , who likes dentists?!) , but I would certainly intrust him again with my dental helth.
