Dental Center "Medstom-M" в София

I am not happy with my last visit to the medical center. I have been a patient of Dr. Ondos for a year and I am happy, but I had to visit the center because of a loose temporary crown. The woman at the reception during our conversation was rude and not very responsive, when I asked how much a temporary crown would cost, which is in principle is free, she replied "I don't know, they will charge you 115 euros at most". When I arrived and entered Dr. Dimov's office, I said several times that I was coming for the temporary crown to be temporarily glued, which will be removed within a month to be replaced with a permanent one, there was no answer to the question of how much it would cost. And in the end, without telling me, the doctor put permanent cement on my temporary crown and I was charged 35 euros for this service. It seems that they acted this way just so they could charge me, which is not normal at all.

Dr. Dyulgerov has a true talent for working with children. His calm and reassuring demeanor helped my child feel safe and in control. He is so knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, providing great tips for at-home dental care.

Well equipped clinic, everything is nice and tidy. The service is top notch from beginning till the end. Definitely the highlight here is the work and care of Dr. Dimov - he does exceptional work, super efficient and painless. He makes sure that you feel well and explains you what needs to be done and why. I terms of prices, I believe it is average in Sofia, so you won't need to break a bank. If you're looking for a dentist, this is the right place to go!
