We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Regnum Banya Thermal Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The thermal facilities were relaxing and perfectly maintained — exactly what we needed for a peaceful getaway. The service quality truly stands out. Every member of the team was kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. The location is also beautiful and serene, making it the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional hospitality. We will definitely come back again!

A very good hotel for its price. It’s new, clean and feels fresh throughout. The rooms are well maintained and housekeeping is excellent. There are warm pools and a sauna, and massage services are also available, which is perfect after skiing. The rooms offer plenty of storage space, which is very convenient for skiers and winter equipment. Breakfasts were good and varied. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

We stayed for 9 days and it was amazing , sauna ,pool , the food, the room and cleanliness everything 5 stars. However one shortcoming we felt was the staff. Reception and cleaners were very polite and helpful but the waiters not so much. We didn't feel like it was a very inviting place because of this. We didn't see one waiter smile even just 1 time in 9 days at us. Overall great hotel and good value for prices. But need some more polite staff ( we also worked in hospitality so speaking from experience this wasn't the best service).

Overall, it’s a nice hotel and good value for money, but there are some points for improvement. The pools are not heated, so they are not usable during the cold winter. The rooms are not very big, but they are clean and well equipped. There is a minibar and tea and coffee facilities; however, tea and coffee are provided only on the first day of check-in and not replenished afterward. They also forgot to replace our spa wardrobe, but they fixed it immediately when we asked. The restaurant is nice, the service was good, and the breakfast was also fine.

A modern hotel with clean rooms and good breakfasts. Massage services are available at the hotel, and there are two massage therapists. On the first evening, I received a massage from a very pleasant and polite brunette. The massage was excellent, and the service was courteous. Unfortunately, the next day I encountered unacceptable behavior from the other massage therapist. From the beginning of the session, it was made clear that techniques such as manual therapy and chiropractic manipulation should be avoided. However, the therapist started the massage by cracking my lower spine!!! My requests to stop were ignored. As a result, I had lower back pain for two days afterward. When I said “thank you” before leaving, the massage therapist replied: “Thanks don’t pay the bills.”
