I wanted to like this place so, so badly. The maintenance is just laughable. It's taking them longer to fix one stupid machine belt than it has taken me to paint and refloor 5 rooms in my place. I'm done trying to have a workout here. I will be taking my training to Athletic.

I’m beyond shocked by the fact that they allow female associates in the men’s locker room. Almost every time I visit the gym there would be a female associate sweeping or mopping the floor while men are undressing and showering. This truly makes me feel uncomfortable. I also feel bad for the associate as she’s being put in an uncomfortable situation as well. This is absolutely unacceptable and should not be allowed. Imagine the opposite scenario- man cleaning the female lockers. I’m sure it would not be tolerated. In a civilized country an employer would never even consider exposing their associates to this but I guess everything is possible in Bulgaria. Please stop abusing your associates and show some respect to your clients. Thank you.

120 lv for month to month contract. Lol. And guess what? I'm not allowed to go 2 times per day. So I canceled, obviously. Pros: - in a mall - friendly staff - basic equipment - triceps machine - good showers Cons - small (looks big on pictures) - expensive (don't allow 2 times per day) - benches are trash - back pull machine is trash - no real ellipticals, only steppers (their ellipticals aren't the good ones, it's a mix of stepper and ellipticals) - stairmaster low quality - no air filters and the area has very bad air levels (particle pollution, you smell it sometimes if you walk out of the mall in the afternoon) and the ac is sucking it directly into the underground gym

Very helpful and friendly staff! I’d say the best service I’ve experienced since moving here in general. The gym is very clean and ventilated. It’s just missing a hack squat machine and another stair master maybe (there is only a single one and half the time it’s taken)

It’s impossible to train there for a month. They demand bank transfers, and you can’t pay with a card or cash. They insist on getting your banking details. Scam.
