A good gym with a sauna, clean and functional. The reception was five stars so helpful, way more approachable than the one I experienced somewhere else. The gym was very busy at around 7pm but I was able to use the equipment for my training without waiting--just need to be flexible with it.

I am extremely disappointed with the access control management regarding group classes, specifically today’s Pilates session on Monday, April 28, 2025, at 6:00 PM. I had a confirmed reservation and made considerable effort to cross half of Sofia in the worst traffic conditions. My daughter entered the class ahead of me and secured a mat for me. I arrived four minutes late, only to be categorically denied entry by the receptionists, despite having a reserved spot in an already overcrowded room. I was told I should have called ahead to have my place held — an unrealistic expectation while driving in heavy traffic. Is a delay of merely 2 to 4 minutes truly grounds for denying entry? I have personally witnessed participants being allowed to join classes even 15 minutes late under the same crowded conditions. This inconsistent, rigid, and unfair treatment is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed and reconsidering my trust in your facility.

The new renovated sauna is top notch - clean and big. The only thing I would add somewhere is a clock, otherwise we are not able to track time while inside.

I like that gym, it is conveniently situated underneath the mall so that makes parking a bliss. For a dungeon, it is very well equipped and there is enough air. There is a sauna which is great. I give 4 stars (maybe I should've given 3) since I always notice dust and dirt on the ground in the male changing room. Those cleaners are just not doing their job properly

Good gym. Having a great time there, clean bathrooms and toilets, a lot of people from 17-19 like usually in any gym. Not 5 starts because paid 89 leva (Almost 50 euros) I think it’s too much for basic monthly pass, for example I paid 25€ per month for new great gym in Barcelona. Equipment a bit outdated, but enough to train. Lady on the register spoke English and answered all my questions.
