I love massages. When the massage is good I could stay there for hours. Today I went for massage at Inergy Fitness and Spa and I wish the massage could last forever. I enjoyed a relaxing massage with Svetla. She is very careful and after the treatment I felt like reborn. Regarding the place, it's super clean and the staff are very kind. The studio where I had the massage was sparkling clean and the linen and towels they use too. Nice relaxing music and products of high quality. I recommend.

My child visited the group swimming lessons and wanted to stop, because he told me that the teacher (not very tall with dark hair, a young boy) does not teach them at all and most of the time talks on the phone. It's disappointing. Changing rooms and baths are dirty and broken and wardrobes also. Make a separate pool for children and treat them with more attitude and attention.

It's not that large but has everything in one. The pool has four lanes, is 20+ meters long, and is relatively clean. The spa area is also not too bad but not very big, so it can often feel crowded. Some maintenance is needed, and many lockers are not working. The price for just the pool is 12lv, but there are also some booked activities, so call before you go.

I was looking forward to attending the baby pool hours, however - when we showed up for the class - they told us the pool cannot be used (for another 10 days due to planned maintenance). Nowhere on the site is mentioned that the pool is not working. While I was there several other people showed up - all surprised by the unannounced pool closing. So I cannot say anything about the amenities but...Great way to waste people's time! I would recommend that next time you do a planned closing - at least have the courtesy to announce it on your website.

I'll start with the positive feedback! The gym is small but surprisingly well stocked. The main sauna is great (I wasn't sure the infrared one was working). The "relax area" is nicely arranged. The two main issues I had were: 1. The changing rooms are quite awful - no proper ventilation so they're almost as hot and humid as a sauna, and there's just one bench. It's pretty much a workout on its own to try and change in busy times (which seems to be always) 2. There don't seem to be any restrictions for children in the spa facilities and "relax" area. All the few times I've been (at different times and days of the week), there seem to be kids at various ages often passing the out and spending time in the "relax" area quite loudly, and two of the times a differen kid went into the sauna for quite a while and chatted with their parent. I'm pretty sure it's a legal liability and I also did see a sign that people under 16 weren't allowed in the spa but nobody bats an eye. I do understand there are swimming lessons in the pool that are probably for kids but them then watching loud videos and munching on crisps really ruins the "relax" area. Once again, I think the gym facilities are great (and probably the massages and other services) but I'd really appreciate if the management can look into improving the changing rooms and the way they manage kids access throughout.
