The fitness is extremely poorly maintained. It’s dirty, equipment in poor condition and the toilets … the toilets are a total disaster 9 out of 10 visits. No soap, like literally no soap at any time, the bin is always full and the smell is disgusting. I would suggest to pay more attention to your existing facilities instead of opening new ones. Lastly, the staff behind the desk is annoyed to death. Just replace them with automated chatbot, it would be better.

Nice and cosy gym in city centre of Sofia. + very friendly reception staff + very good personal trainers (highly recommend Nikolay Kozarev) - very poor cleaning standards (e.g. I noticed some rubbish laying around and asked the cleaning ladies to clean it. But week after it was still there) - sauna is not cleaned by design and has an inch of sweat and grease on the floor. The smell is horrific - some important machines are missing (e.g. hack squat, dip machine) - time to time the staff oversleeps and does not come on time in the morning to open the gym (e.g. 5th Sept the gym failed to open without any notice)

Very good gym. A lot of machines to train, a loto f people. The main advantage of this gym is the fact that it has ana amazing terrace where you can take some weights and train, or do your HIIT trainings. All in all a good place to train. Oh, and the staff and the trainers are amazing! Polite and good professionals! I do recommend!

The gym is fine equipment wise. The service was good. The free zone is pretty limited. But locker room at 9 in the morning on Sunday was like pigs were living there. So dirty. Obviously it is the same for this chain because in some other branches that I visited, was the same. Hygiene is pretty bad. They start cleaning much after opening hours.

Probably the best view you could get while working out in Sofia. The place also has a sauna, which is very nice. Make sure to bring your own lock for the locker room!
