I was one of the first visitors of the newest Pulse gym. Everything seems well organized, of course it was extremely clean, the lady at the reception desk was very friendly and the only trainer on shift was also very polite and well mannered. A real pleasure for a first time visit. Definitely will come back soon.

Bad management. I signed a gym membership with three monthly installment payments. The contract started on 10 November with the next payments due on 10 December and 10 January. Despite this, after the 25th of each month I was not allowed to enter the gym and was told that payment must be made by the 25th, which does not match my contract As of today, 31 December 2025, I have paid all three installments and have receipts for every payment, yet I am still being denied access

Excellent location, good facilities, good place to workout and kick the day. It's also a store located at place with good variety of food supplement to charge yourself before and after training.

Overall I am very happy with my membership. Pulse gym has all the equipment you could ever need to reach your fitness goals. The staff are very helpful and the cleanliness of the facilities is the best I have seen in a gym. I highly recommended that you visit a Pulse gym at some point.

I love this gym: there is plenty of space and natural light, modern equipment and adequate service. Sauna also is a big bonus for me. There is one thing however that is disturbing my experience and that is the loud music blasting out in virtually every corner of the gym (dressing rooms included). I notice that approximately half of the clients are wearing ear plug headphones - it seems they would prefer to listen to a music of their choice, audio book or a podcast instead of the gym music. However this is very challenging due to the level of th gym music. Apart from tolerating the gym music, the clients also have to put up with the adds that are cutting the music to promote something at even louder level. I would think that the clients who subscribed to a paid membership should not be bombarded during their workout with promotion announcements. I suppose there could be other less intrusive ways to promote gym additional services -for example newsletters, video or texts displayed on the screens in the gym. I hope this review would be helpful for the management of the gym.
