Pavazh has a lively atmosphere and is suitable for groups, offering modern interpretations of Bulgarian cuisine. However, the service was very disappointing. Some of our dishes were completely forgotten, and despite reminding three different waitstaff, it took over 30 minutes before the missing dishes finally arrived. On top of that, the heater near our table wasn’t refilled, so our seating area was uncomfortably cold. While the food shows creativity but and the vibe is decent for social gatherings, the slow and inattentive service significantly impacted our experience. Improvements in staff attentiveness and timely service are needed for the restaurant to match the quality of its concept.

Was recommended to dine here by the executive chef in our hotel. She was spot on! The vibe and street seating made it really interesting and cosy, even though it was outside in the cold. They had heaters to keep us warm which was fine. As we are foreigners and just wanting to try the local cuisine. The staff made recommendations and we loved them all! We really enjoyed our dinner and staff was friendly, so welcoming and helpful. The food, the place, the atmosphere and most importantly the people made our evening very enjoyable. Thank you!

This restaurant absolutely deserves to be on the top of the restaurants list in Plovdiv. Fantastic outdoor ambiance, great variety of food, big portions, yummy dishes. Simply stunning! Prices are very reasonable. Friendly, cheerful and attentive personnel. Pretty fast service. Attention to details. You can also take a wonderful evening walk around the neighborhood with full of cool restaurants side by side. Overall score 4.7/5 for a Restaurant

Fabulous dinner. Great location sitting outside under the twinkle lights on a pedestrian street. Our waiter Hristo was excellent!!! He provided guidance on menu choices, local tidbits and great humor. Fun people watching, too, as tourists and locals enjoyed an evening out. We were a party of four and shared four apps and two entrees. The roasted eggplant, potatoes and meatballs are a must order. You must go here when in Plovdiv.

Very tasty food - we really enjoyed every meal. We had a nice table and sat outside, the little heaters kept us cozy and gave a nice vibe. Unfortunately the waitress was quite distracted and after placing the initial order she spent most of the time chatting with her colleagues. It was impossible to get her attention and in the end we ended up skipping dessert (the menu looked very interesting though and based on all other dishes we tried, I’m sure it would have been delicious)
