UPDATE: February 2026 It has been just shy of one year since I joined this gym, and words cannot describe what a special place it is. Truly the perfect neighborhood fitness club—filled with great staff and wonderful people. I am so grateful to be a member! Original: March 2025 I absolutely love this gym. It is one of the smaller Next Levels, but it has all one needs in terms of free weights and cardio, and it also has an excellent sauna. It is kept extremely clean. The staff is very, very professional and courteous -most especially Mihaela. She provides excellent customer service with a smile and answers and resolving questions and concerns quickly. She also speaks excellent English, as does most of the staff.

The gym is clean and has everything for a proper training. The staff are great, always smiling, very polite and friendly, which makes the whole space a lot more comfortable and welcoming. However, one of the managers, on multiple occasions, has been yelling extremely rudely to some of the staff members who work there. One time it was one of the cleaning ladies, he started screaming at her for not cleaning properly one of the tiny tables that nobody uses tbh. Today, he was yelling at one of the receptionists, I am not sure exactly why, but it was really disturbing, upsetting, not professional at all and extremely rude. Whatever the reason, I do not believe that this is the appropriate way and behaviour, especially when you are a manager.

Excellent atmosphere, service, and gym maintenance. The staff are friendly, communicative, and always ready to help when needed. If any issue with the equipment or changing rooms arises, the manager addresses it immediately and it gets fixed ASAP. The cleaners are also very diligent and keep the place spotless. I definitely recommend this gym 💯💪

The lady with the red hair in counter didnt help me when i asked her politely to show me how to do my exercises in the machines as it was my first time. She just told me watch it on the app. Which i tried but i couldnt do it. Then after some time i asked her again politely what is this thing that says on and off on the pec deck. She probably lied supporting that she doesn't know and that i should watch it on the app which i tried again but the app wasn't showing it.

An absolutely wonderful gym in the center of the city. Clean, modern, with a great variety of equipment and an always helpful staff. I love workig out there.
