Murite is a nice hotel to stay for a weekend! I'd say that it is a quite good value for money. Spa and pool areas were nice. The food choices at breakfast and dinner need to be updated as there is a focus on savoury plates especially at dinner. But there were a couple of nice choices such as meatbals with sauce and chicken with mushrooms and creamy sauce which were delicious! Please add some more sweet options at breakfast. The room was warm and well furnished and the bathroom was clean. There were towels, slippers and bathrobes for each person at the room. The mattresses were a little bit soft,so you would wake up a little bit stiff.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The hostess is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The relaxation area is great, the breakfasts and dinners were delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable with an amazing mountain view. The only small inconvenience was that the double bed had two separate mattresses. Otherwise, everything was excellent — we’d happily come back!

I don’t recommend this hotel. Dark rooms, newly furnished, spacious, but you feel the wind from the windows. The all inclusive in no all inclusive- we paid for it, but it was applicable just in the restaurant at some hours. The food is not bad but one and the same each day. The restaurant is too small for all of the guests. We paid for an apartment. In the same apartment there is another room with other guests! They use the same hallway, so you have no hangers for jackets and your shoes should stay inside your room. You also have to share the balcony. And in our case when kids sleep on the sofa, they have to shut the curtains! All doors and furniture are loose, taped to stay! The spa seems renewed. But the water in the pool is not clear. The Turkish bath doesn’t work, the fitness centre and the outdoor hot jacuzzi also. The bathroom is big enough, the sheets and towels are great- clean and new. The housekeeping team is very friendly. The view is great, but the hotel is not in Bansko. The reception is terrible. They care just for money, no attitude. Some mafia guys count the money. We have paid for all inclusive and arriving they told us it was just HB, so I have to speak to the manager to arrange the misunderstanding- a local politician! No informative notes on the dishes, about the working hours, on the pool for the water. Very strange hotel, I surely won’t visit it again.

I would not go to this hotel again, not even as a passerby 1) The apartment we stayed in had 3 bedrooms as there were 6 of us with 2 children. In one room on the ground floor the radiator did not work at all. Instead they had an electric radiator in which one heating step worked again, the smallest one. On the upper floor, the one apartment, although the heating was working, the room was quite cold that you basically did not understand the heating. One day when most of the radiators were not working and we went to the reception they tried to give us 3 small fan heaters for an apartment of almost 100 square meters with 2 children and with a temperature outside the room of -10 The apartment, although it had cupboards and the appliances of an apartment, apart from 6 glasses and 6 mugs, did not have any other utensils available. There was not even a bottle of welcome water in the fridge as is the case in all the hotels I have visited so far in my life. Of course we would not ask for it without charge. But a completely empty fridge? The water was often lukewarm to cold during the day and we were always trying to find the right time to take a bath. 2) In the spas, apart from the pool, nothing else was working except the pool. The massage had one masseuse for the entire hotel. The gym was also not working. 3) At the reception they did not speak English. Communication was done with signs and the rudeness was obvious. In every attempt to communicate with them, if someone who spoke their language came, they ignored us and talked to him. 4) In the restaurant, the space was so small in relation to the volume of guests that one day we had to take the dishes to the room. Even though the cleaners came into the room, the dishes were not picked up. In our 6 days of stay, the sheets were changed once. 5) We have sent an email for 2 days about an item that we have forgotten and we have not received any response. We call the number on the site and it does not work. Of course, the room phone did not work either and we could not get in touch with them during our stay. The reason is obvious as unfortunately they do not know how to say "good morning" in English but also because they do not really want to work. I hope my experience in this hotel helps some people not to experience what we experienced

Hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. It was once luxurious but now it's overcrowded in common areas like pool, restourant and lobby because there is whole other building that only has rooms and no other services so there is actually 2x more people than it can fit. Pool water isn't clean enough and outdoor jacuzzi wasn't warm enough. Rooms are showing the signs of wear and tear, there is mold in the bathroom. Shuttle bus to Bansko was unsafe, it had plastic chairs inside insted of proper seats.
