The staff is grumpy. If you have to pick up an order - it takes a super long time for nothing. I ordered a small chair and it took 30 minutes to receive. To compare - it takes a minute in Ikea stores. Last but not least, you need to show your docs to a cabin first, and then you are eligible for picking up your items. This is unnecessary, and the cabin is barely visible. The issue is not in the staff. The issue is in the poor management- it’s non-existent. Please hire optimizations and process experts before you go bankrupt. Terrible, but you can still fix it!

Having kitchen island installed and the men are doing well. Very respectful. The staff in the shop are also very helpful. Speaking English in the shop makes life easier!! Very reasonably priced goods of good quality. Installation is also reasonable.
