Very kind staff, they always wants to help me. A large assortiment of items and the prices are fair. Good quality too. I bought a very nice equipment for constructing or deconstructing furnitures, which is also helpful if you need just to tighten any bolt.

The store evokes negative emotions. You can't find the employees, they are busy with their own business. And when you find them, they can't give advice and don't know the products they sell. Today, buying polyurethane glue became a real adventure for me. There was no launcher for it and they sold me a device for polyurethane foam, which was not suitable. I would advise training employees on product knowledge, so as not to have dissatisfied customers

During late night open hours is really hard to find some staff. Otherwise it's ok

This for me is a last resort for D.I.Y. goods, staff in the main are not helpful when dealing with complaints. Other staff are very helpful & friendly, just customer service is really awful, shame as they have some great products, but customers do not come first when you have a problem with products. So I did reply to the response from the owner, but as I had experienced in other instances of trying to contact this company I had no reply at all.

Store full of employees , but never the right one to help you. Its just a joke
