You should definitely not shop here... you pay for the furniture with delivery. If the quality is not right (the chair was wobbly), you have to go to the store even though you have already paid for the delivery. Upon arrival, the chair, despite having announced the complaint by telephone and email beforehand, is not in stock. After the purchase, customer service and friendliness disappear.

Service at Aiko needs to be better. We waited for consultants for more than ten minutes and when we didn't get any of the service personnel, we took the price tag from the product we needed and showed it to the customer service department. The lady who was in the information department talked to us as if we had stolen something. A very unpleasant aftertaste after such an examination, although we bought what we wanted.
