Terrible service. The old lady is inpolite and works very slowly. Today I was waiting for over 15 minutes at the queue and right prior to my turn she asked who is paying cash so that he can go first. Made me wait for another customer and then asked again. At this time I left the store.

Unfortunately the only store open late at night, overcharge many times and never give back the receipt. Just before a while, I demanded the receipt because we clearly estimated everything to be way less than the 85 leva we were charged and the old lady became defensive and according to google translate said that we don’t have a right to even seeing the receipt. After she said that we bought a wine (we didn’t) we said we were underage and she stopped arguing and said “greska, greska” = mistake, mistake, and gave us 20 leva back. Such a shame that an old lady like that sits at a desk at 00:00 and can’t even admit to scamming two young people for some 20 leva. Old lady at checkout counter takes forever to take payments… Absolute torture to wait in 20min queue during night with 5 other customers in whole store, disastrous service….

Decent shop for a 24hour shop. Everything is more expensive than supermarkets and other local shops due to this. The vegetables and fruits sections are also unfortunately lacking as they're mostly a bit old. But saying that it does the job if you're in a rush for something quick.

The best 24/7 store in the neighbourhood, they have food(not only in a package) and drinks - all night long. For daily use is not the best option because of the prices, but it's doing the job.
