i went to this specific billa after i read the comments about the cashier because i did not believe so many people can give negative reviews! well is all super true and this is my first negative review ever. i travelled a lot but i have never met a person with such an attitude. i asked for a bag to put my shoppings and she literary threw it to me. i said good bye she didnt even bother to nod. So now a question for those ,, smart" marketing and management people working for billa: do you ever read the reviews we write here? when so many people write so many negative reviews dont you plan to do anything about such an employee? But for all my fellow tourists like me, rest assure i will return again today to this billa and if she starts throwing bags to me ill throw them back and ill not leave from there until this lady doesnt learn to say good bye in a polite was to customers. im sure she totally hates us!

Billa is an Austrian company and I was using their supermarket in Kyiv Ukraine. Prices are good and you can find most international items. Quality is also good.

Such a disgusting supermarket! The attitude of the cashiers is unbelievably rude and arrogant. And what is the point of having self-check out points when they are either not working or a cashier has to come and unblock the till if you are buying a beer?!? When you ask them to do so, they either ignore you or respond in such a disgusting manner! Also, often the whole shop smells like sewage. Better, avoid that shop!!!

The staff are unfriendly toward non-Bulgarian customers and don’t even try to help when you ask a question. One of them was also rude and made impolite hand gestures. On top of that, the place is dirty.

Probably the worst BILLA there is. The staff is indifferent, the store is filled with expired goods while most of the advertised products are nowhere to be seen.
