This butcher shop was recommended by a colleague and it was a very good call. Bought the Bulgarian angus rib eye, which is the best piece of meat I have bought in Sofia at reasonable prices. I tried Vivenda a couple of times and the prices are outrageous. I bought the 50% lamb 50% veal sausages which are great and the liver which was also very good. Defo will be coming to this butcher shop very often

The best butcher in Sofia, and I pretty much visited all of them. The workers are all exceptionally polite. All of them speak English. The meat is very good. I tried their lamb and beef. One of the rare places you can buy fresh fat trimmings for a reasonable price.

Best meat quality in Sofia for an exceptional price. The staff is always so friendly and more than happy to answer questions and explain if you are beginning to learn about meat and cooking meat yourself. aside from the meat, their side add ons such as truffle ketchup are so good. Love that this place exists
