The worst company for online orders. I made an order on December and I wanted to return it and take the money back. The site said that the refund will return to my bank account if I paid with card. I returned it in speedy and they didn't put the money to my account, they put it in ekont company for no reason. I called them many times to change it because I was in greece and I couldn't go there but still no. They told me that they can't change it and the money will stay there until I come back.

I am from Greece, they are not professionals, they act like scammers. They don't respond to phone calls, only in email and IF they want!! Their clothes are very low quality, very Chinese, and very different from the Greek eshop photos and descriptions, they say they have 3 sizes but most clothing is one size mostly in tops! I sent them back the clothes as we agreed and they never give me my money back (it was a gift unfortunately), they said because I didn't paid the shipping costs from Greece, 19,50€ !! I lost total 50 € for nothing !!! Never buy anything again from this website, they don't want to help customers just want their money. I also had to call 30 times in couriers to learn about my package, my package was taken and never returned back!

I wouldn’t even give them a star! If you’re not into throwing your hard earned money away DO NOT USE THIS SITE! It took forever and an email to reach them and ask about my products.It has been 15 days now and I still haven't received anything.After several phone calls ( they avoid answering) and emails they gave me the same excuse that they will try to deliver the products, they wouldn't even give me a refund. This site is a SCAM, you are better off buying from some shady Chinese website.

They are scammers! You pay them for a white dress and they send you rags wich only for the trash!!!! Do not trust them!!!!

НЕ ПОРЪЧВАЙТЕ ! Пратките изобщо не се доставят близо месец и само лъжат в съобщенията, които пишат! Качеството няма смисъл да коментирам. Силно НЕ препоръчвам!!!!
