We had a wonderful stay at Hypnotic Thermal Villas, celebrating a 60th birthday with the whole family. The villa’s design was in perfect harmony with the surroundings – elegant, cozy, and peaceful. It was also very well equipped, providing everything we needed. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable, served right on time as requested. The spa areas were exceptionally clean, and the jacuzzi water was changed daily, which we greatly appreciated. Everything made us feel truly at home, and nothing was missing during our stay. A special mention goes to the manager, who was kind, attentive, and welcoming. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we would gladly return.

I booked the grande villa last minute for a family reunion that was long overdue. This was a newly opened complex so I didn’t come here with many expectations. However, the view was breathtaking, surrounded by the beautiful mountains of Bulgaria.The rooms were spacious and luxurious with comfortable beds and intricately designed bed frames. The living room had high ceilings and more than enough space to fit my entire family which was great for the evenings. Thanks to all the services provided by the Hypnotic catering team, all our needs and planning were all already provided which made staying here comfortable and enjoyable. Every villa is provided with a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna which is magnificent to spend your time relaxing and catching up with family. My family and I loved it here and will definitely come back here in the future.

We had booked a Grande Villa which can fit 8 people, however we were 10 guests, space was not a problem as there are oversized comfortable sofas which could fit another two people easily. The amenities were fantastic, the Sauna and Jacuzzi offered us a beautiful view of the Bulgarian mountains. Thank you to the Staff for making sure that our Uni Grad party went smoothly! We have already booked for the 8th of December and have even recieved a Loyalty Discount from Hypnotic.

Had an amazing 2-day stay in the Deluxe villa! The space is incredibly generous at 290sqm - plenty of room to spread out and relax. The private thermal facilities are the real highlight - having our own jacuzzi with mineral water, steam bath, and sauna meant complete privacy and relaxation without sharing with other guests. The panoramic mountain views of the Pirin range from the floor-to-ceiling windows were absolutely breathtaking, especially from the jacuzzi area. Woke up to stunning mountain vistas both mornings. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The property feels luxurious but welcoming. Only wish we could have stayed longer! The combination of spacious accommodations, private spa facilities, and those incredible mountain views makes this a truly special place. Perfect for couples or small groups wanting a luxury thermal experience. Highly recommend for anyone seeking privacy, wellness, and mountain beauty all in one place.

I booked the deluxe villa for a getaway for the family. Upon arrival we were greeted with clean rooms, a complimentary bottle of champagne ,Hypnotic branded biscuits (which were very tasty 😋)and complimentary Kagen water which is highly antioxidant .The kids were very eager about the jacuzzi so much so that the only time me and husband got to enjoy it was when the staff kindly took the kids to the playground for a couple of hours. The private jacuzzi is cleaned and refilled daily with mineral thermal water which was concern for me since hygeine is not always a priority at other places that have jacuzzis.The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet.The landmark mountains of Bulgaria (which was on my bucket list) were very beautiful to see in the sunset.The fully equipped kitchen was used everyday by us. In the evening my husband enjoyed using the barbecue.Looking forward to taking some family friends here again to escape the gloomy British weather and to enjoy the faculties whilst the mountains are snow capped and there is snow on the ground.
