Hotel Bulgaria Burgas в Бургас

Came in to ask a few questions about spa with a small dog, I carried her in my arms. They literally said go way; you’re not welcomed here. People, who work there do not have any manners, very rude, not polite. Do not recommend to visit this hotel!

We booked this hotel for the high score on booking.com and spa photos but unfortunately was disappointed. Car park was €15 a day which Is over priced for parking when you’re staying at the hotel. Nice decor in reception and our room was nice, comfy bed had everything we needed. The Smell of cigarette smoke was strong throughout the hotel as seems they allow smoking in rooms and the casino. The cleaner was very nice and polite and every day she cleaned our room. At night the room was too warm even on coldest setting and opening the window was way too noisy at night as it’s a city centre location. We got a robe and slippers in our room which is nice. The Spa area very disappointing though - swimming pool was cold and jacuzzi was even colder lol and 2 of the saunas was broken had signs up out of order. Screaming kids climbing over the seats in the bar at night running around when me and my partner sat down for a nice evening cocktail. The Hot Breakfast was mediocre, there was some choice of things but was very bland and just cheap produce and not cooked well the chicken sausages had a gross taste, hash brown was not hash browns they was more like a weird cheese croquettes funny taste. Beans was cold. No bread selection was poor some small cheap processed bread slices. The coffee machine wasn’t good either as coffee was bitter. There also was school trip of around 30 teenagers that was staying at the same time so they was banging on doors and giggling outside the lifts messing around. They all would go to breakfast at the hotel at the same time so it was overwhelled school lunch hall in the hotel canteen the noise levels was bad as you can imagine. So I wouldn’t say a relaxing stay

A good hotel at the center but the staff is awful. Customer satisfaction : Zero Customer respect : Zero They behave very rude. They don't let the cars park outside, they send you covered park to get 15 euros per day. They behave like mad. If the staff doesn't change the hotel will not be suggested because of them for sure.

For about 5 years, we used to have our guests stay here when they came to the city. We ourselves would also come for breakfast to start our day well. The breakfast fee per person for guests was 20 leva. However, to my great disappointment, I learned that the breakfast price has been increased to 40 leva. I understand they are switching to Euros. But taking advantage of the situation and raising the price by 100% is completely unethical. I will not use this hotel again and I will not recommend it.

We had an amazing stay! The breakfast was excellent and very rich, with plenty of variety (just a short wait sometimes for refills). The pool, sauna, and gym were all fantastic, and the elevator was fast even for the upper floors. Staff were extremely helpful — they even cooked for us after the kitchen had closed when we arrived late. Towels were changed daily, the view was stunning, and the location was perfect. Parking is in an open spot on a central pedestrian street, so the car is not protected, and cleanliness could be slightly improved (some spilled coffee near the air conditioner wasn’t cleaned). Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely come back!
