Boryana Hotel в Бургас

Tucked away in a quiet, small town. Close enough to Burgas that is a pleasant commute by bus, but far enough away from everything that you can really relax. We went in off season and I'm pretty sure we were the only guests in the hotel. But the staff were lovely, the rooms were clean, and the vibe was exactly the quiet, laid back vibe we were hoping for. Note that the pool is only opened seasonally and when we went in early June it was not open (which, it was a bit chilly for the pool anyways). If a pool is important to you, check that it will be open.

It is a great hotel. The Beds are comfortable, best nights sleep than any other Bulgarian Hotel. Aircon is fantastic. Staff are Great. They prepare food onsite if you do not wish to go out. Great pool and secure parking.

Rooms were not cleaned before our visit, carpet floor is stained beyond comprehension, there was even a blood stain on the bed table. Furthermore, bath towels were stained as well. Our room smelled like cat piss. Towels were replaced immediately and we were told our room will be cleaned. We tidied up to make it easier for the cleaners, yet we returned to the same blood stained, cat piss smelling room. On the plus side, the personnel seemed friendly, nice and with positive attitude. Our room had a big terrace facing the Black sea, which is also a plus.

We found a good place, very cosy with a great location. All the staff was very nice and hospitable. Boryana made sure to attend to all our needs. We will visit it again. 😊
