The room was very clean. Every day, the cleaning staff came to change the towels and tidy up. The food was excellent, varied and very tasty. The staff were kind and attentive. The drinks were good, and the best coffee I had was at Coco Café, located in the hotel lobby. Everything was spotless everywhere!

We love the hotel! The room was big enough for our needs. The hotel is situated on a great place. The area is big and pretty green. You can go to Sunny Beach walking. We haven't been on a vacation in Bulgaria for the past 5 years and we are very happy with our choice.

A great hotel, a really amazing food (wide selection, everything fresh and tasty), numerous swimming pools, great beach front (and beach bar with the all-inclusive offer). Friendly staff, very good cleaning staff (the cleaning ladies really did great job). Interesting entertainment offer (in particular daily evening shows for kids and families). Overall -highly recommended for all families that just want to chill and forget about everything. I went there in late September. In high season supposedely it’s very crowded so keep that in mind. But in low season it’s amazing.

Food was good and plenty of options. Rooms were very spacious and very clean. The entertainment staff were amazing and worked together extremely well as a team. The pools were beautiful, but very cold! The bar served a great selection of cocktails and other drinks!

Travelled here on 25/9 to 2/100 with my husband. Had the most fantastic time though apprehensive due to reviews. I needn’t have worried. Receptionists and Customer Service lady were cheerful and very friendly The entertainment crew especially Bobi and his older brother made our holiday keeping us entertained both day and night. Thank you. The restaurants were perfect but closed one by one towards the end of our holiday. Even though the staff in the restaurants were attentive I do wish they would smile Moore. We stayed in a Preferred Club Double Deluxe Sea View room which was very comfortable and kept clean. Refilling of the mini bar was very hit and miss though. 10 out of 10 for this resort.
