Before I went I was confused by the wide range of reviews -- some complementary and others not at all. I am writing to give you some perspective. I think it is important to keep in mind that this is a 1 star hotel and 1 star restaurant at a mountain spot that is not easy to access at the best of times. You get facilities that are not 4 star but show someone cares. I liked the sauna, the kids area outside and the chairs on the balconies. I did not like the dirty tableclothes at the restaurant and the dusty lobby. The place has probably seen better days but it still offers a lot. Staff seem to care about serving fresh food and keeping the rooms reasonably clean. I recommend it to people who are here for the nature and I would like to go back to explore the mountains. If you want a 4 star hotel experience you need to look elsewhere.

Very nice place. Calm and quiet. Food is delicious like home-cooked. Unfortunately there are many dogs that bark on you when you go for a walk. The staff behaves strange when they have to serve big groups and start to blame the people who have ordered something different in advance. You have nothing to do on rainy days.

They rip the customers off and just told after 1.5h we will bring the food later. Food is disgusting. Rooms as well total overheated and they don't do any room service / cleaning during the stay. Linnen are rotten down with knots. Unpleasant sleeping experience.

Nice place to visit for cheap ski vacation. The hotel definitely need renovation of the rooms since they are a little bit outdated. The staff was friendly and polite. The food in the restaurant of the hotel was delicious. The hotel has a nice spa area and pool. The road to hotel was difficult to access in the last 500 meters since it was not cleaned from the snow. The overall impression are good but there are a lot of things to be done.

The hotel is a bit old. And there is nothing fancy about it. The rooms are simple but clean. The "restaurant" has a few very simple but delicious meals just like my grandmother's. In the lobby bar you can have a great night playing board games or cards and feel cozy and at home. There is a swimming pool and sauna. I haven't tried the massages. The best is that you can put on your ski and get on skiing just out of the hotel. It is a good value that price.
